2. hosting

This website is provided through Vercel. When the page is accessed, technical connection data such as IP address and user agent may be processed to ensure delivery and security of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).

3. data processing agreement — vercel

Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) processes data as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The data processing agreement is available on Vercel’s legal pages.

4. payment processing — stripe

We use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland) to process payments. If you place an order, your payment and delivery data (name, email, shipping address, payment information) is transferred to Stripe to process payment securely.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance). Stripe processes data under its own data protection responsibility. More information is available in Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/de/privacy.

Contact and delivery data collected during ordering is stored within statutory retention periods, especially commercial and tax law retention periods of up to 10 years.

5. shipping — dhl

For shipping the order, we transmit name, shipping address and, if applicable, email address and phone number to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn). The transfer is made to fulfill the purchase contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

6. reach measurement / analytics

Vercel Web Analytics may be used for rough reach measurement. According to the provider, no cookies are set and no cross-day user profiles are created. Analysis is aggregated (page views, referrers, countries). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in optimizing the website).

You have the statutory right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
