§ 2 conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of products on the website is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order goods.

§ 5 payment
Payment is made through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 6 retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
§ 7 warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for defects expire two years after delivery of the goods (§ 438 para. 1 no. 3 BGB).

consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs except any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
